3User Obligations

When requesting a proposal or engaging in a project, you agree to provide Accurate Technical Requirements. Efficiency in delivery depends on the clarity of the scope provided. Any expansion of requirements after project commencement will be handled via a formal Change Request process.

            
            Technical Note: Clients must ensure timely feedback and provision of necessary access credentials (where applicable) to avoid project delays as outlined in the project timeline.
        

4Project Payments

Project commencement is subject to a mobilization fee as defined in the project contract. Subsequent payments are tied to Milestone Completions. We facilitate payments through secure corporate channels, and official invoices/receipts are issued for all project stages.

5Data Protection & Confidentiality

We take your intellectual property and data privacy seriously. All project-related data is handled in strict accordance with the Data Protection Act (2019). We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your proprietary code and business logic.

While we strive for technical excellence, Eco-compliant hub ltd. shall not be liable for losses arising from system downtime, third-party API failures, or unauthorized access beyond our professional control. Our liability is limited to the terms specified in the executed SLA.

8Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to resolution through arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
